Frequently Asked Questions

Does First Global Link provide e-invoicing services?
Not yet. First Global Link LLC is preparing its application for accreditation under Oman’s e-invoicing programme (Fawtara) and will not provide e-invoicing services until accreditation has been granted. Our e-invoicing guide sets out how the programme works.
How are scope and commercial terms agreed?
Every engagement begins with a structured discussion of your objectives, current environment and constraints. Scope, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms are then documented in a written agreement, approved by both parties before any work starts.
Can engagements be delivered remotely?
Yes. Depending on the nature of the work, we deliver on site, remotely or through a combination of both. The delivery model is agreed at the outset and recorded in the engagement agreement.
How is client data handled?
Data location, access permissions and each party’s responsibilities are agreed with you at the start of the engagement and recorded in the agreement. Personal data is handled in line with Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law.
